Introduction: This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted at Qaswa Abaya. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy. This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (India).

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damaged products, or if an incorrect item is delivered. Customers must notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Conditions for Return: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact and original packaging. A parcel opening or unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized, stitched, made-to-order products, clearance items, and products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact us via phone or email with order details, reason for return, and required proof. Return pickup is subject to serviceability. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product and courier charges will be reimbursed upon verification.

Inspection and Approval: All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Qaswa Abaya reserves the right to approve or reject a return request if the product does not meet return eligibility criteria.

Refund Policy: Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Shipping charges will be refunded only if the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by us.

Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted only for eligible cases and may be provided in the form of replacement products or store credit, subject to availability.

Cancellation of Orders: Order cancellations are permitted only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Force Majeure: Qaswa Abaya shall not be liable for delays or inability to process returns or refunds due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.
