Shipping Locations: Currently, Qaswa Abaya ships products within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Readymade products are generally dispatched within 1–4 business days, while customized or stitched products may take 4–10 business days to process. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier partner. While we strive to deliver orders within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Courier Partners: We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Tracking details will be shared with you once the order is dispatched.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Qaswa Abaya shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Tampered Packages: If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept delivery and notify us immediately. If accepted, an unboxing video may be required to process any claims, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Force Majeure: Qaswa Abaya shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, or courier disruptions.
