SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want.
We currently deliver orders within India only. Readymade abayas are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, while customized or stitched abayas may take 4 to 10 business days for processing.
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
Once your order is shipped, you can track its status using the Track My Order link available on our website.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item is delivered.
You must inform us within 3 days of receiving the order. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted without the unboxing video or after the specified time will not be accepted.
Customized, stitched, discounted, or clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact providing they are in original resalable condition. Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition will not be eligible for return.
A proof of purchase (invoice receipt or order confirmation) is required. All refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After this period, or once your order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. In such cases, any refund requests will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
